Payment & Refund Policy

This policy explains how payments and refunds work for our landing page development services. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Payment Structure

Your payment depends on the package selected:

  • Quick Start Package ($247):

    • 100% upfront payment required
    • Non-refundable

  • Best Value Package ($478):

    • 100% upfront payment required
    • Non-refundable

  • Enterprise Package ($999):

    • 50% upfront payment ($499)
    • 25% at design approval ($250)
    • 25% upon completion ($250)
    • Upfront payment is non-refundable

Add-on Services

All add-on services require 100% upfront payment and are non-refundable.

Why This Policy?

Upfront payments secure our time and resources for your project. We’re committed to delivering high-quality landing pages within the promised timeframe. This structure ensures we’re both invested in the project’s success.

Project Process

  1. You select a package and any add-ons
  2. We send an invoice for the initial payment
  3. Work begins once we receive the upfront payment
  4. We follow the agreed-upon timeline and milestones
  5. You review and approve the work
  6. Final payment is made before launch (if applicable)

Important Notes

  • Upfront Payments: Generally non-refundable. However, if we fail to deliver within the promised timeframe (excluding delays caused by client feedback), you may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Delivery Timeline:

    • Quick Start: 24 hours
    • Best Value: 48 hours
    • Enterprise: 5-7 business days
    • Timeline starts after receiving all required content and assets

  • Revision Policy:

    • Quick Start: 1 revision round
    • Best Value: 2 revision rounds
    • Enterprise: 3 revision rounds
    • Additional revisions available at $75 per round

  • Project Completion: “Completion” means your landing page is live and fully functional as specified, with all agreed-upon features implemented and tested.

  • Payment Methods: We accept:

    • PayPal
    • Bank Transfer

  • Currency: All prices are in USD

  • Disputes: If any disagreement arises, please contact us immediately. We’re committed to resolving issues through open communication.

Rush Delivery

Rush delivery is available for Quick Start and Best Value packages:

  • 24-hour rush: Additional $150
  • 12-hour super rush: Additional $450
  • Rush fees are non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

  • Before work begins: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
  • After work begins: No refund of upfront payment
  • After completion: No refunds
